Acrylic on canvas · 55 x 70 cm

( Susurrus ) is a mesmerizing work made in acrylic , celebrating the symbiotic harmony between the female figure and the surrounding nature. The title , from the Latin for the gentle murmur of the wind in the leaves , captures the very essence of this painting: a moment of interiority and absolute serenity. The character , with closed eyes and a soothed face, seems to listen to the silent song of tall grasses and colorful flowers that delicately envelop him.Fluid brushstrokes and warm shades of ochre , green and gold give the whole a mystical and intimate atmosphere.
